What is a "full" conversion?
Setup tables, patient demographics, appointments and financial data can all be converted. These are described below:
Setup Tables
CPT codes, ICD9 codes, insurance companies, departments, referring doctors, providers, locations, and payment types.
General Patient Data
Demographics including: Account number, first name, last name, full address, home phone, work phone, sex, Social Security number, date of birth, Referring Doctor
Insurance coverages
Insured parties
Insured party number, Insurance Plan number, Account number, Group Name or number, Policyholder Dependent number, Policy Effective Date, Policy End Date, Insured’s first name, last name, middle initial, address, city, state, zip, ID, sex, date of birth, phone number.
Dependents
Dependent number, Account number, first name, last name, middle initial, date of birth, Sex, Dep Last Name, Last Diagnosis, 2nd Last Diagnosis, Social Security number, “Flags,” Marital Status, Preferred Plan 1, Plan 1 Dependent number, Preferred Plan 2, Plan 2 Dependent number, Default Doctor
Ailments
Ailment Record number, Begin Hospitalization, End Hospitalization, Outside Lab, EPSDT, Family Planning, Account number, Dependent number, Unique number Ailment, Lab Facility number.
Future Appointments

Balance Forward
Current balance on patient’s account
Charges
The open balance for each charge
Payment History
History of payments/adjustments on all open charges that are converted. Transaction History is not available for closed charges (i.e., for charges with a zero balance).
