Flexible: Document Designer

elligence allows you to customize and design your own insurance forms, statements, superbills, and other patient documents.  Drag and drop fields to where you would like them to appear!

elligence comes with a number of pre-defined documents, including the CMS 1500, UB-04, and a gallery of superbills and patient statements.  You can work with the templates we've provided or you can design your own.
