Scheduler Screen 4 of 14: Daily Schedule - View Multiple Providers

When you set-up The Resource Schedule, appointment schedules are viewed in a notebook tab style screen, called an Overview. You can create as many Overviews as you'd like, and can customize each Overview to suit your needs.

In this practice, there are four doctors: Anderson, Jones, Watt and Simonson. They created a number of Overviews, so they can view their respective schedules in a variety of ways. Here, we see they created an Overview called "All Doctors," so they could have a side-by-side view of the daily schedule for all four doctors on the same screen.

Note that each appointment is color-coded - as is the blocked-out time for Dr. Jones (who performs surgeries on Friday morning), Jones (who has hospital rounds at 9:40 am), and Simonson (who is on vacation this Friday).

At the top of the screen, the system displays today's date. You can flip the page to view another day's schedule by clicking on the Rewind << or Fast Forward >> buttons. When you want to flip the page back to today, just click on the "Today" button.
