Scheduler Screen 11 of 14: Look Up Patient Information

The Resource Scheduler allows you to look up a patient's appointment history, account balance, current insurance coverage, and much more, at the click of a button.

Here, we are looking at a listing of all previous appointments for patient Lori Fredricks. We see the date of service, the time and duration of each appointment, the provider and resource scheduled for the appointment, and the reason for the appointment. If we click 'Operator Info,' we'd also be able to see the name of the person who booked the appointment, as well as the date/time the appointment was made - so we can talk to that person in case there are any questions about the appointment.
