Scheduler Screen 13 of 14: Document Designer

The Resource Scheduler features a built-in Document Designer, which allows you to customize your own superbills and recall postcards with the click of a few buttons.

Here, we see the Document Designer in action. For example, we are about to customize the superbill template, so that the patient's Copay amount appears right next to the name of their Primary insurance plan. To do this, we just click on the field listed on the right called 'Copay,' and then click our mouse to the area where we want the Copay field to print. Once we see the field on the template (represented on the screen by '$###,###.##), we just Save the template. Next time we print superbills, the patient's copay will automatically print in the appropriate place.
